My Juntar is an online platform that allows venue owners to list their venues and for users to explore and connect directly with those owners.

We do not act as a booking agent, middleman, or mediator. All discussions, negotiations, and agreements related to booking, pre-booking, or cancellation are solely between the venue owner and the user.

My Juntar does not charge any commission on booking amounts. Payments, invoicing, and receipts are managed directly by the venue owner.

3. Responsibilities of Venue Owners

• Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of information (availability, pricing, facilities, photos, etc.) listed on the platform.
• Venue owners are solely responsible for issuing valid invoices/receipts for any advance or booking payments received from users.
• Any disputes, refunds, or cancellations must be resolved directly between the venue owner and the user.

4. Responsibilities of Users

• Users are advised to directly verify venue details, availability, and terms with the venue owner before making any payments.
• For any payments made, users should request and retain proper invoices/receipts from the venue owner.
• My Juntar shall not be liable for any disputes, fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or damages that may occur between users and venue owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

• My Juntar provides an open service for listing and interaction purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any listed venue.
• My Juntar is not responsible for any financial losses, disputes, cancellations, fraudulent transactions, or other issues arising between users and venue owners.

6. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information (such as contact details) provided on the platform is used only to facilitate communication between users and venue owners.
• We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
• However, My Juntar is not liable for any misuse of contact details once shared between users and venue owners directly.

7. Updates to Terms

My Juntar may update or revise these Terms & Privacy policies from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
